• This kit is sold exclusively and will not be resold to any other business or individual. • A 50% non-refundable reservation fee ($500) is required to secure your kit, to be sent via email following the submission of this form. • The remaining 50% of the total cost ($500) is due before final files are delivered. • Customization includes your business name, tagline (if applicable) and color palette only. • Only one round of light revisions (defined as slight adjustments to colors, tagline wording, and other minor tweaks) is included in this package. Additional rounds of revisions are subject to an additional fee. • Upon receipt of full payment, you will fully own the customized brand kit and may use it for your business in any capacity, including trademarking. • Fonts recommended in your brand guide may require separate licensing fees not included in this purchase. Hearthstone Creative LLC will inform you of any such fees. • Social templates will be delivered in Canva and may require a Canva Pro subscription to edit. • Hearthstone Creative LLC retains the right to display the final work in its portfolio and promotional materials. • All sales are final. Returns and exchanges for other services are not offered.
