As a marketing professional, I know from experience that brands built on research and a deep understanding of target audiences perform better than brands based on trends + personal preferences. Because of this, my process begins with strategy as the foundation, so every design choice is rooted in a reason.
After onboarding, clients complete a Brand Foundations Questionnaire, an in-depth workbook that walks you through key questions for building a strategy on where you’re at, or where you want to be.

I also audit your existing branding, and a few of your competitors to build an understanding of where you sit in your market, and how we can make you stand out.
We build out audience personas based on your ideal clients to better understand how your product or service addresses their fears and dreams. I consider what design factors help drive their decisions when I begin drafting your concepts.
